Built on a site chosen for its altitude (1600 to 3226 meters) and its orientation, the resort enjoys a vast and varied area as well as optimal snow. The resort also enjoys a generous sunshine throughout winter as summer and offers beautiful sunsets on the Mont Blanc.

The Cime des Arcs is located on the pists and very close to the ski lifts. It is a typical wooden architecture which fits well with the environment. The residence will be equipped with a swimming pool, and a fitness room with sauna that non-skiers will enjoy as well as amateur skiers in case of bad weather, a bowling, a ski shop and many other shops.
