The Residence La Source des Arcs is a resolutely modern and contemporary residence. Built in 2015, your vacation residence offers many services, luxury and comfortable apartments. With its cocooning and cozy atmosphere, the Résidence La Source des Arcs is an invitation to enjoy in all simplicity.
This holiday residence in the heart of the Arc 2000 resort opens its doors to families, groups, athletes and mountain lovers, in July and August and from mid-December to mid-April.
Our residence welcomes people with disabilities and we have apartments adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Services
Enjoy with ease
With its 5-star services, its prime geographical location in the heart of the resort and its beautiful, comfortable accommodation, the Résidence La Source des Arcs will meet all your desires and all your needs. We have thought of everything so that you can disconnect, recharge your batteries and relax in the heart of the mountains!
As soon as you arrive, you are invited to discover a pleasant lounge with its Chesterfield sofas, billiard table and television which will broadcast sports competitions in winter. A wellness area and a gym will welcome your moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Don't worry about anything, we will come and deliver bread and pastries to your door (by reservation at reception, the day before 7 p.m.). To liven up your evenings, we provide you with raclette machines, fondue machines and pierrades.
We welcome your pets with pleasure. Travel with them in comfortable and well-equipped apartments. Pets are accepted with a supplement of €95, per stay and per animal.
On request and subject to availability, we will lend you a baby cot, a high chair and a drying rack. You will have access to a laundry room free of charge. End of stay cleaning is free (except the kitchen area). Fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence.
Our luxury holiday residence in the Arc 2000 resort offers 43 comfortable accommodations, accommodating 2 to 10 people. Each accommodation includes beautiful equipment, including the kitchen where you will have: electric oven, dishwasher, four ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
Summer and winter alike, the Residence La Source des Arcs is an invitation to contemplation and dreams. From our residence, you will appreciate the unobstructed view and ski-in/ski-out access to the ski lifts. Take full advantage in the heart of the Arc 2000 resort!

Spend a peaceful vacation
Choose the luxury and prestigious apartment that will meet your needs, among our 43 accommodations. For your comfort, the apartments are perfectly equipped, modern and comfortable. Beds are made on arrival, two towels and a bathrobe per person are provided.
Wellness area
Sprinkle your stay with comfort
To start, end or punctuate your day with simplicity and sweetness, we invite you to meet us in our relaxation area. There you will find a beautiful swimming pool heated to 28°C, 80 m³ and 1.40 m deep. Open from 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m., the swimming pool is an invitation to relax and unwind. The relaxation area also includes a sauna (8 people) and a hammam (8 people), accessible from 10:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.
For those who like dynamic and sporty holidays, you will appreciate the fitness room, fully equipped and open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Our relaxation/fitness area is closed on Saturdays.
Ski shop
Everything for your mountain expeditions
Just a three-minute walk from Résidence La Sources des Arcs, you will find a shop specializing in mountain equipment. We invite you to discover the Taj-I-Mah Skishop, you can rent or buy your equipment. Discover: snowboards, free ride skis, alpine skis, shoes, helmets, poles, backpacks and many others. The ski shop professionals will help you adjust your equipment. The store is open in season, every day, from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.. When you return from the slopes, you will benefit from heated and secure lockers for your skis.
By reserving your equipment online and contacting our reservation service, you can benefit from preferential rates.
Les Arcs Paradiski
A family estate, accessible to all
By staying in our 5-star holiday residence at the Arc 2000 resort, you are sure to be close to the 425 kilometers of slopes in the Les Arcs Paradiski area, divided into five resorts. The Arc 2000 station is the highest of the five and offers a family atmosphere and slopes suitable for all levels.
The plus of the residence: you will have access to the ski slopes, directly from the Residence La Sources des Arcs!
We also offer to book for you group ski lessons with the ESF (Ecole du Ski Français) for half-day morning or afternoon, for adults as well as for children from 3 years old (subject to reservation). availability of the ESF and if the reservation was made at least 10 days before arrival).
