From the end of November to the beginning of May, Résidence Hermine offers you all the comfort in the heart of the mountains. Ideally located 10 minutes from the center of the resort and 300 meters from the slopes, Résidence Hermine benefits from beautiful tranquility and a superb view of the heights, at an altitude of 2,300 meters.

This wellness tourism residence in Val Thorens blends perfectly into the decor, with its all-wood cladding. Treat yourself to a sporting and relaxing break, in a natural and snowy setting.

Our residence welcomes people with disabilities but we do not have apartments suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Opt for simplified stays

The Résidence Hermine is an invitation to rest and relaxation, while being close to board sports. You will be charmed by the combination of contemporary decoration and 4-star services. This residence is perfectly suited to all your stays: with family, in a group, between athletes and between friends. Opt for the independence of an apartment, with the comfort of a hotel.

The relaxation area renovated in December 2022, the reception lounge and the gym of our Plein Sud residence, are the different spaces at your disposal, where you will enjoy meeting up, sharing and exchanging.

In the morning, we provide delivery of bread and pastries (by reservation the day before, before 7 p.m.). For festive and tasty evenings, we will lend you: raclette, fondue and pierrades machines.

Traveling with your pet to our wellness residence in Val Thorens is possible. Animals are accepted: €95 per stay and per animal.

Let’s simplify your stay! You will have access to a laundry room free of charge, we will lend you a drying rack, a fiber Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the residence and end-of-stay cleaning is free (excluding the kitchen area).

Are you traveling with your children? We will lend you a baby cot and a high chair, on request. Some apartments are very spacious and can accommodate your whole family, in a resplendent setting, in the middle of the mountains.

Our apartments are designed for you! They are equipped and comfortable to facilitate your getaway to our tourist residence in Val Thorens. Each accommodation has a kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, standard electric filter coffee maker and fridge/freezer.

Able to accommodate between 4 and 12 people, the apartments offer quality equipment, but also many little touches that will make all the difference: cleaning kit at the beginning of the stay, beds made on arrival (except for short stays), two towels per person, end-of-stay cleaning offered (except kitchen area), etc.

Wellness area

Recharge your batteries

Completely renovated in 2022, the wellness area is now open to all residents. You will learn to take time for yourself, to unwind and relax in a haven of tranquility. We invite you to discover the various facilities dedicated to your well-being: a heated swimming pool (5m x 10m, with a depth varying between 1.20m and 1.80m) maintained at an average temperature of 28°C, a sauna for 10-15 people, a hammam for 8 people, and a jacuzzi for 5 people. To ensure you always enjoy moments of escape, breathtaking mountain views will accompany your visits to the wellness area. Access is secure. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are open from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, and the sauna and hammam from 4:00 PM to 7:45 PM. The gym at the Résidence Plein Sud, located just a few meters away, is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

To make your stay easier, right here in our tourist residence with swimming pool in Val Thorens, you'll find a shop dedicated to equipment for mountain activities.

The ski shop offers equipment for sale or rent: snowboards, freeride skis, alpine skis, boots, helmets, poles, backpacks, and much more. The ski shop team will help you with your technical adjustments. Secure and heated ski lockers are available for our guests. Book your equipment online and get a preferential rate. You can pick up your equipment from 5:30 pm the day before your first day of skiing. The ski shop is open every day during the season: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and then from 3:30 pm to 8 pm, and Friday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 8 pm.

The highest resort in Europe is the perfect playground for lovers of winter sports, thrills and magnificent landscapes. The first slopes are accessible just a few minutes from the Résidence Hermine (300 meters). You won't have time to get bored in Val Thorens!

Benefit from preferential rates on ski lift passes, with the Résidence Hermine reservation service (depending on the period of your stay and if the reservation was made at least 10 days before arrival).

We also offer to book for you group ski lessons with the ESF (French Ski School) for half-days in the morning or afternoon, for adults and children from 3 years old (subject to availability at the ESF and if the reservation was made at least 10 days before arrival).

Des appartements spacieux et très bien équipés! Une équipe très serviable et aimable! Une vue magnifique! Situé dans un quartier calme de val Thorens mais très près du centre! Bref idéal pour un séjour en famille avec en prime un service de navette privée qui permet d’aller à l’école de ski sans porter le matériel des enfants! Et la cerise sur le gâteau: le magasin de ski situé dans la résidence qui propose du matériel au top et avec de très bons conseils! Merci pour ce beau séjour!

Spent one week with my girlfriends in Februray and everything was perfect! Apartments offer everything we need in terms of utensils, beddings etc and even though is not ski in/out the access to the slopes are easy. Staff is quite friendly and all we asked for was sorted out quickly. Big plus to the wellness area, ski shop in the building and of course, a cutie doggy always ready to be cuddled. Nous sommes une famille de 5 adultes et avons passée une merveilleuse semaine à Chalet des Neiges résidence Hermine où nous avons été très bien accueillis , nous avons eu la surprise d'obtenir un appart 8 personnes alors que nous avions commandé pour 6 personnes. Nos demandes on été rapidement satisfaites, l'appartement était propre, le personnel présent est à l écoute, situé proche des pistes et possibilités de revenir en skis, la vue des balcons sur la vallée splendide. Les soirées face à la cheminée inoubliable. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Carolina et Elisabeta pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et effort afin de nous faire profiter au maximum de notre séjour

Notre séjour a été très agréable ! L'accueil et la réactivité de l'équipe est au top. La réceptionniste illumine l'entrée par son sourire ! Nous avons ou nous garer dans le parking de la Résidence, heureusement car il a beaucoup neigé pendant la semaine. Merci d'ailleurs au monsieur qui déneigeait l'accès tous les matins ! Les chambres sont confortables et les appartements sont spacieux, avec une belle vue sur le domaine de Val Thorens. Gros plus : la livraison du petit-déjeuner tous les matins, la présence de la piscine, de l'espace bien-être et du skishop. On reviendra l'année prochaine !

Our stay has been perfect! There were no complications. We were asked every day what we wanted the next day for breakfast. If we forgot to tell them ourselves, they were so nice to give us a call to ask, which we appreciated a lot! All of our questions were answered supportively by the reception, so we felt taken care of nicely. Any issues we faced around our stay, the reception was always helpful to find a good solution with us. I can fully recommend the stay. Regards to out to Carolina from the reception especially.
