You will find the codes of Savoie at the Résidence Plein Sud, dressed in wood, raw materials and a cozy and warm atmosphere.

Choose an exceptional stay in the mountains, with family, friends, as a couple or alone! We are open from the end of November to the beginning of May.

Our residence welcomes people with disabilities but does not have apartments adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Some of our apartments have large accommodation capacities, they are ideal for your stays with family, groups, friends and sports enthusiasts! At Résidence Plein Sud, we do everything we can to offer you friendly stays. You will enjoy meeting up in the common lounge or in the fitness room. For moments of well-being, you are invited to the spa at Résidence Hermine, a few steps away.

Every morning, we offer delivery of bread and pastries to your door (by reservation, the day before 7 p.m.). To fully enjoy this Savoyard experience, we lend you a raclette machine and a fondue machine, on request at reception.

In our holiday residence in Val Thorens, you have the opportunity to travel with your pet. A supplement of €95, per stay and per animal, will be requested.

Let's simplify your stay with these practical services: access to a free laundry room, loan of baby cot and high chair, free end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area), fiber Wi-Fi connection and many other little extras that will make all the difference.

Able to accommodate four to fourteen people, the Résidence Plein Sud offers 12 apartments with areas ranging from 48 to 160 m². You will appreciate the kitchen equipped with the necessary: electric oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, electric filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, etc.

For your comfort, the beds will be made on arrival, two towels per person are provided, a cleaning kit for the beginning is included and the end of stay cleaning is offered (except the kitchen area).

To stay in shape even during your vacation, Résidence Plein Sud offers free access to its fitness room and sauna for up to 5 people. The fitness room features various equipment, including an elliptical trainer and pull-up bars. The fitness room is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the sauna from 4:00 PM to 7:45 PM. For a truly relaxing experience, Résidence Hermine, located just a few meters away, welcomes you to its wellness area, which includes a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM, except on Saturdays. The sauna and hammam are accessible from 4 p.m.

In the Hermine Residence, next to our 4-star holiday residence in Val Thorens, a ski shop is located and offers equipment delivery directly to the Plein Sud Residence.

This shop, dedicated to mountain equipment, offers rentals and sales. You'll find snowboards, freeride skis, alpine skis, boots, helmets, poles, backpacks, and much more.

For your return from the slopes, secure and heated ski lockers are available. The ski shop is open every day during the season: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and then from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm, and Friday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. Good to know: Book online and take advantage of a preferential rate. You will be able to pick up your equipment from 5:30 pm the day before your first day of skiing.

The Val Thorens resort gives you access to the largest ski area in the world, the Les 3 Vallées ski area. With its 600 kilometres of slopes, amateurs and professionals alike, fans of alpine skiing or snowboarding, will definitely find what they are looking for.

The best thing about our holiday residence in Val Thorens is that you will have direct access to the slopes from the residence. Enjoy the simplicity and travel as close as possible to the slopes with the Résidence Plein Sud!

You can benefit from preferential rates on ski lift passes, when you book (depending on the period and if the booking is made at least 7 days before arrival).

We also offer to book for you group ski lessons with the ESF (French Ski School) for half-days in the morning or afternoon, for adults and children from 3 years old (subject to availability of the ESF and if the booking has been made at least 10 days before arrival).

In order to simplify your parking, we offer a covered garage to our residents. The amount varies between €95 and €125, depending on the week. The maximum height is 2m05. The number of spaces is limited, remember to book!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chalet des Neiges Plein Sud. The appartement was really spacious and had more than enough tableware. It was quiet at night and the apartment had a great ski-in ski out with ski lockers. Special thanks to the lady from the reception who really made an effort to help us with finding a package (with success). See you next year!

Nous avons été en famille pour un séjour au ski. Dès notre arrivé nous avons été accueilli directement sans attente . le personnel au petit soin … l’appartement était de tout confort et bien équipé, un accès aux pistes de l’appartement. Un vrai bonheur. Vraiment conforme aux photos . Au top … à refaire les yeux fermé. Je vous le conseil vivement .
